What is Willa Women’s Health?

Willa Women’s Health offers supportive, personalised and evidence-based physiotherapy care for women in every life stage. Including pregnancy, postnatal, peri and post menopause and every stage in between.

Our difference:

We are 100% online

Because where you live should never impact the care you receive.

Our Values:

We believe physiotherapy care should be:

  • Grounded in scientific evidence, not tiktok trends.

  • Individualised to you, your body and your life, whatever season you are in.

  • Supportive without pressure. Zero bounce back culture here.

Our Story:

Willa was founded in the space between building a career and stepping into motherhood. An idea that started in the early morning wakes and midnight snuggles, in the mental load, the shifting relationships, and the constant feeling that there is never quite enough time for yourself.

It grew from living that juggle firsthand, and from recognising how easily a mother’s own health and recovery can be sidelined.

Willa is built on a simple belief: that a supported, healthy mother is not a luxury — it is one of the most important foundations we can offer our babies, our families, and ourselves.

Meet Katie

I am a physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience, having worked across public hospitals in New South Wales and Queensland, the NHS in the UK, and private women’s health and musculoskeletal practices.

While my work has covered a wide range of clinical areas, my focus has increasingly centred on women’s health — particularly supporting women through the changes and challenges of pregnancy and the postnatal period.

My approach is evidence-based but tailored to fit you and your world. As a mum to a busy one-year-old, I recognise the physical demands and complexities of early motherhood, and the importance of support that actually fits real life.
