What is Willa Women’s Health?
Willa Women’s Health offers supportive, personalised and evidence-based post natal physiotherapy care for women in the weeks and months after birth. Including abdominal separation, pelvic floor rehab, return to exercise and anything else your body needs in this time.
Our difference:
We are 100% online
Because where you live should never impact the care you receive.
Our Values:
We believe postnatal care should be:
Grounded in scientific evidence, not tiktok trends.
Individualised to you, your body and your life, whatever season you are in.
Supportive without pressure. Zero bounce back culture here.
Postpartum recovery isn’t about returning to exactly who you were before — it’s about meeting the new you, understanding what your body needs now, and building the strength and the confidence to move well through life and motherhood.
Our Story:
Willa was founded in the space between building a career and stepping into motherhood. An idea that started in the early morning wakes and midnight snuggles, in the mental load, the shifting relationships, and the constant feeling that there is never quite enough time for yourself.
It grew from living that juggle firsthand, and from recognising how easily a mother’s own health and recovery can be sidelined.
Willa is built on a simple belief: that a supported, healthy mother is not a luxury — it is one of the most important foundations we can offer our babies, our families, and ourselves.
Meet Katie
I am a physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience, having worked across public hospitals in New South Wales and Queensland, the NHS in the UK, and private women’s health and musculoskeletal practices.
While my work has covered a wide range of clinical areas, my focus has increasingly centred on women’s health — particularly supporting women through the changes and challenges of pregnancy and the postnatal period.
My approach is evidence-based but tailored to fit you and your world. As a mum to a busy one-year-old, I recognise the physical demands and complexities of early motherhood, and the importance of support that actually fits real life.

For many women, yes.
Post natal care is largely based on education, movement retraining, load management and understanding how your body responds - All of this can be effectively supported online.
Willa focusses on helping you build confidence in your body, assess your symptoms and progress safely within your own environment. The same as we would do in a clinic environment, we will continuously monitor your recovery and progress to ensure care remains the very best.
-
Willa aims to give you the tools to confidently assess and manage your recovery, and your body in your own environment.
Though online care isn’t about doing everything remotely — it’s about doing what’s right for you.
If, together, we feel that you need further investigations or a more ‘hands on’ approach then we will work with you to access these services in your local area.
-
Post natal recovery is not a one-off appointment, but a process.
Meaningful change takes time, progression and ongoing support.
In packaging our care, Willa provides clarity and continuity. This allows us to assess, guide, review and adapt your care over time, so you're not left googling what to do next or feel like you are starting from scratch each session.
In offering care this way, it reflects Willa’s commitment to your recovery. We are there for education, movement progression and real life trouble shooting- the stuff that really matters and supports lasting change.
Bundles aren’t about locking you in, but about creating a clear plan and support that can change and evolve with you.
-
While we believe that continuity is key, we also know that every post natal journey is unique, as is every season of motherhood.
Our bundles provide a clear starting point, but there is not fixed end point.
As you move through your package, we will continue to review your progress and adjust your plan based on your body, your goals and what support you need at that time.
When you reach the end of your bundle, you’re not left on your own. Some women chose to continue with regular check ins, for other we may pivot to new goals, like return to running, or others re engage later on as they need.
Willa is here to support you, there is zero pressure to continue beyond what feels helpful or relevant to you.
